How it works

A working program, not a course.

Twelve weeks of guided, weekly working sessions built around your real deal — not lectures. You bring the raw materials; we turn them into a closed syndicate.

Move at your pace. Disciplined candidates with an active investor network or strong deal access can close within the 12 weeks — sometimes sooner. If you need longer, you keep going with support until you get there. The program sets the rhythm; your resources set the speed.

Direct 1:1s at the four moments that matter: deal selection, memo, raise strategy, and pre-close.

I co-lead with you

I'm in the room on your first syndicate — sharing the judgment, structuring, and decisions, shoulder to shoulder.

Have deals but no investor base — or the reverse? We build the missing piece with a concrete strategy, within the program and beyond it if your progress calls for it.

SPV done properly

Set up in the right jurisdiction per deal — Singapore, UK, Cayman, or Delaware — via a vetted partner platform.

A small peer pod for support between sessions, plus guest sessions with an SPV platform partner and seasoned operators.

Format: online, conducted in English · ~6 hrs/week during the learning phase, ramping to ~20 hrs/week once you're on your live deal · participants from across MENA; deals from the US, MENA, or Europe.

No — but you do need to be able to bring, or build toward, a network of investors who could back a deal, or strong access to deals worth backing.

No. Many leads start here. What you do need is commitment, coachability, and at least a basic familiarity with financials.
